Four key things leaders need to develop

1. Loyalty

Today loyalty is a surprise when it used to be expected.

People who aren’t willing to be under authority shouldn’t be in authority.

Before you can submit to man’s authority, you have to first learn to submit to God’s authority.

2. Humility

Humility is not something that just happens. It is a journey.

Only happens by sitting at Jesus’ feet.

We search after good ideas as leaders when we need to search after God ideas.

3. Unity

Follow your leader’s vision.

It’s not that we can’t be loyal but we won’t.
