Monday Morning Prophecy #100 – The Messiah Bones Would Not Be Broken

Introduction

In crucifixion, it was common for people’s bones to be broken to hasten the process. However, the Old Testament predicts that the Messiah’s bones would not be broken.

Old Testament Prophecy

"It must be eaten inside one house; take none of the meat outside the house. Do not break any of the bones. [Exodus 12:46 NIV]

They must not leave any of it till morning or break any of its bones. When they celebrate the Passover, they must follow all the regulations. [Numbers 9:12 NIV]

he protects all his bones, not one of them will be broken. [Psalm 34:20 NIV]

New Testament Fulfillment
