God Bless you, I would like to say that we all need a savior that is why Jesus came into the world. Children grow up and become adults who need Jesus as thier savior in order to receive eternal life (I am the way, the truth and the Life, no one comes unto the Father except through me). So children are born with a sinful nature that has to be given over to Jesus. As soon as a child learns of his sinful nature he has to repent and convert from his sin, and accepting the precious gift of eternal life that only comes from the blood of Jesus Christ. Again, may the Lord continue blessing you.

Thank you for your comments. I really do appreciate them. I think the Bible is clear that we inherit a sin nature from Adam and are all in need of a savior. I wish I had the time to go through the Bible and walk through verse by verse. In the meantime though, have a look at this article from John Macarthur - http://www.gty.org/Resources/Articles/A359_Your-Childs-Greatest-Need?q=children+born+in+sin. God bless you, and if you would like to discuss the issue further, I would love to do that.

You are mistaken about sin. It does not come from Adam and Eve it does not come from your parents or my parents. Sin is my own disobedience, my choice that follows the pattern of Adam and Eve their sin does not pass down to anyone. Read Ezekiel 18:20 "The soul who sins is the one who will die. The son will not share the guilt of the father, nor will the father share the guilt of the son. The righteousness of the righteous man will be credited to him, and the wickedness of the wicked will be charged against him." Children are not borne with sin they are borne perfect spotless and pure. Notice that no children are ever converted in the Bible? Why? Because they are not lost they are in a safe state with God.
